Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or another similar disciplineĮstablished in 1999, T-Rex Solutions, LLC is a proven mid-tier business providing data-centric mission services to the Federal government as it increasingly tries to secure and leverage the power of data.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.Experience developing, tracking, and reporting customer success metrics.Experience designing, developing, managing, and executing change management for technology in concert with complex set of stakeholders and according to customer requirements.5+ years of professional experience as a Change Management, Adoption Management, Training Project Management, or other relevant role.Gathers key performance indicator data for functions being reviewed evaluates current state, and proposes future state goals and objectives.Undertakes unique organization challenges as they emerge.Evaluates internal processes and identifies opportunities for improvements.Oversees updates to project deliverables including requirements documentation, change control artifacts, traceability matrices.Provide oversight of DHMSM EHR solution vendor training approach for Future/New Requirements.Participate in key, training-related Future/New Requirements meetings to plan for upcoming functionality changes to MHS GENESIS.Coordinate JKO technical exchange meetings between EHR solution vendor/DHA, capture learning management and training tracking requirements for JKO analysis and development.As Chair of the Change control Board, ensure that implementation project requirements are aligned with the contractual requirements and that proper controls are exercised to ensure new scope items are scrutinized and accounted for correctly.Oversee special projects for management as required.Document findings, that includes documentation of the process conducted, results of the analysis, and recommended courses of action and actionable project plans.Oversees updates to operational policies and procedures as necessary to fulfill client submitted change requests.Lets talk about how you can help make a difference.
